- Mark Tunstill is a highly experienced solicitor and consultant, fluent in both English and French, whose practice is built on a strong academic and professional foundation.
- Mark's legal journey began with a degree in medieval history from King’s College, University of London, followed by law studies at University College London. He qualified as a solicitor at Simmons & Simmons in 1991 and further developed his expertise in commercial litigation and arbitration while working at major City firms in Paris and London.
- Mark handles a comprehensive range of commercial and civil litigation, arbitration, and mediation matters, both domestic and cross-border. His clients include corporations, companies, partnerships, individuals, and not-for-profit organisations.
